The AI Solutioning Architect will lead the design, architecture and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Healthcare IT domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards and the organisation’s AI/ML strategy. The role involves defining end-to-end AI architecture, developing technology roadmaps and delivering scalable, secure and production-ready solutions using Generative AI, Machine Learning and cloud technologies, with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, software engineers and cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities include evaluating AI technologies, leading proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, guiding model development and deployment, implementing MLOps practices, and ensuring AI solutions meet performance, reliability, security and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
The role will provide technical leadership and mentorship, document architecture and design specifications, monitor emerging AI technologies, and communicate project progress, risks and strategic recommendations to US and Thryve leadership. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of software development or architecture experience, strong hands-on expertise in GenAI and ML, cloud-based AI solutioning, healthcare technology and enterprise architecture.
Profile Description
12+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture or technical architecture, with significant expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI.
Strong expertise in AI/ML concepts, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning and advanced AI models.
Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions within the Healthcare IT domain.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI/ML services; AWS and Azure experience is also relevant.
Proficiency in Python, Java or Scala, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI solution architecture, model deployment and productionisation.
Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring and automated AI development and deployment pipelines.
Understanding of healthcare data security, privacy, HIPAA compliance and Healthcare IT standards.
Expertise in scalable architecture, data ingestion, processing, model integration, security and performance optimisation.
Proven ability to lead POCs, technical discussions, architecture decisions and cross-functional project delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and technical leadership skills.
Experience mentoring engineering and data science teams and communicating technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders.
