Job Title: Finance & Accounting Professional

Location: Chennai

Experience & Qualification:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA): 2–3 years of experience
2. Semi-qualified CA: 3–4 years of experience
3. CMA: 3–4 years of experience
4. Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

1. Prepare and review journal entries, ledger accounts, and reconciliations.
2. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
3. Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.

2. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

1. Manage vendor invoices, payment processing, and accounts payable ageing.
2. Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
3. Ensure timely and accurate payments.

3. Budgeting & MIS Reporting

1. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
2. Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
3. Monitor expenses, identify budget deviations, and highlight cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
2. Hands-on experience with SAP.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
4. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
