We are looking for an experienced AD, ADFS, O365, and Google Workspace Administrator to manage enterprise identity and access management systems, cloud collaboration platforms, and security compliance initiatives. The role is responsible for administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, ADFS, and Google Workspace environments while ensuring secure access controls, regulatory compliance, automation, and infrastructure reliability.

Job Description

Seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure and Identity Administrator with 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise directory services, cloud platforms, access management, and security compliance. The individual will be responsible for administering Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, ADFS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace environments, supporting user lifecycle management, access governance, tenant administration, compliance audits, security monitoring, and automation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in identity management, authentication technologies, RBAC, MFA, SSO, security frameworks, and cloud collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

1. Manage on-premises Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and DHCP environments.
2. Configure and maintain ADFS and directory synchronization between on-premises and cloud directories.
3. Implement access management automation and SAML authentication workflows.
4. Administer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, and delegated permissions.
5. Manage user lifecycle activities including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user accounts and groups in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
6. Monitor domain controllers, Active Directory replication, and directory infrastructure services.

Review, Auditing & Compliance

1. Perform periodic access reviews, certification exercises, and privileged access audits.
2. Monitor security logs, sign-in activities, and audit reports to identify anomalies and compliance issues.
3. Ensure compliance with security standards and governance frameworks such as ISMS, HIPAA, GDPR, and related regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and remediate excessive access permissions.
5. Collaborate with security and compliance teams during internal and external audits.
6. Review tenant configurations using Global Reader and Security Reader privileges.

Microsoft 365 Administration

1. Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, and service health monitoring.
2. Administer Exchange Online, including mailbox management, spam filtering, and mail flow configurations.
3. Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams administration.

Google Workspace Administration

1. Configure and manage Google Admin Console, Organizational Units, and access permissions.
2. Administer Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and endpoint devices.
3. Implement data governance controls through Google Vault and DLP policies.

Security & Automation

1. Troubleshoot authentication, identity, and application access issues.
2. Monitor compliance posture, audit logs, and data retention policies.
3. Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and Google Apps Script.

Profile Description

An experienced Identity and Collaboration Platform Administrator with 8+ years of expertise in Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace administration. Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, SSO, SAML, MFA, RBAC, compliance auditing, security governance, and cloud platform administration. Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale directory services, implement security controls, support regulatory compliance requirements, and automate infrastructure operations. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, and Google Workspace Administrator certifications.
