Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Develop custom functionalities using JavaScript and CRM scripting.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party applications with CRM systems.
- Develop custom widgets and UI components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Automate business processes using workflows, custom functions, and integrations.
- Work on CRM ecosystem tools and analytics platforms as required.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and CRM data management.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Profile Description
- 5+ years of experience in CRM development and customization.
- Strong experience in JavaScript development and scripting.
