Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Workforce Analytics & Modeling Analyst to develop and maintain workforce, operational, and financial models that support strategic business decision-making. The role will focus on workforce planning, capacity management, utilization tracking, labor cost forecasting, productivity analysis, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, workforce analytics, business modeling, and automation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights while working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Workforce & Business Modeling
Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, reports, and scenario analyses.
Build, maintain, and optimize repeatable models connecting headcount, workforce productivity, labor costs, utilization, capacity, and financial performance.
Develop forecasting models and scenario planning solutions to support workforce and operational decision-making.
Analyze workforce trends, labor efficiency, hiring needs, and operational performance to provide actionable recommendations.
Present data-driven insights and strategic options to leadership teams.
Workforce Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Analyze key workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, labor costs, productivity, utilization, and capacity.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and Excel.
Validate data accuracy, business logic, and reporting calculations to ensure reliable analytics.
Integrate workforce, operational, and financial data sources to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Create executive-level presentations and insights for business reviews and strategic planning.
Process Improvement & Data Governance
Own end-to-end analytics and reporting workflows with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot data, reporting, and workflow issues by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
Document processes, reporting logic, data definitions, and standard operating procedures.
Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting accuracy.
Support leadership with clear issue escalation, analysis, and solution recommendations.
Automation & Innovation
Utilize automation tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting efficiency and streamline manual processes.
Continuously enhance analytics frameworks and reporting capabilities through technology and process innovation.
Drive scalable analytics solutions that improve business visibility and operational effectiveness.
Profile Description
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, HR, Operations, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics, Business Analytics, Operational Analytics, Financial Modeling, or related domains.
Advanced expertise in Excel (complex modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, visualization).
Strong experience in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, capacity planning, utilization analysis, labor cost management, and productivity measurement.
Proven ability to create repeatable analytical models and transform data into business insights.
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve reporting and analytical workflows.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience supporting global stakeholders and working independently in remote or distributed environments.
Preferred experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Managed Services, Staffing, or other labor-intensive business models.
Master’s degree and relevant analytics or BI certifications are an added advantage.
