Job Summary:
We are seeking for Analytics Consultant (E-commerce) to lead AI-driven analytics projects for clients. You'll identify high impact business problems, translate them into clear analytic problem statements, and design/deploy advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
Job Description:
As Analytics Consultant, you will work on some of the latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to one or more clients. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with a team of consultants, data scientists and data engineers. You will lead the project team to design and deliver impactful solutions, drive adoption, and articulate value.
On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following:
· Participate in client workshops to identify high impact problems that could be solved through AI based solutions
· Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.
· Design a plan to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & Engineering.
· Own & drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.
· Measure and articulate how analytic results improve clients’ business & financial metrics.
· Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management.
· Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches
· Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
· Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
· Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
· Work closely with business and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
· Define and track key business metrics and KPIs across sales, customers, operations, and marketplace performance.
· Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify business drivers, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
· Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly manner.
· Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports and analytical outputs.
Profile Description:
· Strong hands-on experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence.
· Advanced proficiency in SQL.
· Strong experience in Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
· Mandatory platform experience in at least one of the following:
o TikTok – Preferred
o Shopee
o Lazada
