Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead – RPA Automation to lead enterprise automation initiatives and manage end-to-end RPA project delivery. The role requires strong expertise in RPA solution design, process discovery, automation implementation, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of RPA Developers and Business Analysts, drive automation strategy, ensure successful delivery of RPA solutions, and act as the key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of RPA Developers and Business Analysts.
- Manage the complete RPA project lifecycle including discovery, assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Identify suitable business processes for automation by evaluating feasibility, ROI, complexity, and automation potential.
- Design scalable and reusable RPA solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Conduct process discovery workshops and support Business Analysts in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Define solution approaches, automation frameworks, technical specifications, and implementation strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate automation platforms and technologies.
- Review and approve:
- Solution Design Documents
- Effort estimations
- Project plans
- Automation architecture
- Development deliverables
- Provide technical guidance to developers and resolve complex implementation challenges.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, security guidelines, and delivery commitments.
- Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, business users, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure readiness for UAT and production deployment through quality reviews and technical sign-offs.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing RPA solution consulting and technical expertise.
- Build team capability through mentoring, training, and certification programs.
