Specialist/Lead/Manager – Financial Management Reporting (FMR)

About the Role
We are hiring for multiple roles across Financial Management Reporting (FMR) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Eligibility
- CA – 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience
- CMA – 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- MBA – 5 to 13 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and external audits.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with core FMCG organisations.
- Exposure to managing financial reporting for manufacturing clients is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Proven experience in client interactions and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
