Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega UI/UX Developer with expertise in designing and developing modern, user-centric applications on the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega UI development, UX design, Constellation architecture, and Theme Cosmos, with the ability to create intuitive enterprise workflows, dashboards, forms, and case management interfaces. This role will focus on enhancing user experience through responsive, accessible, and scalable UI solutions while supporting UI modernization initiatives, including migration from Pega UI-Kit to Constellation.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging user experiences using Pega UI technologies, Constellation, and Theme Cosmos.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Customize and maintain Pega themes, branding, skins, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Design responsive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces aligned with modern UX/UI standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Develop enterprise workflows, dashboards, forms, portals, and case management interfaces within the Pega platform.
- Support UI modernization projects, including migration from traditional UI-Kit applications to Pega Constellation architecture.
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, design standards, and best practices.
- Leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end design concepts to enhance application usability and performance.
- Conduct usability reviews, design validations, and user experience assessments to continuously improve solutions.
- Develop and maintain reusable design patterns and components to improve development efficiency and consistency.
Required Skill:
- Strong experience in Pega UI development and UX design.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and Theme Cosmos.
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Extensive experience with Pega theme, branding, and skin customization.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
- Experience designing enterprise applications, workflows, dashboards, and case management solutions.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end design principles.
- Familiarity with Pega guardrails, design systems, and reusable component development.
- Experience supporting UI modernization and migration from UI-Kit to Constellation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
