Job Summary
We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Manager/Senior Manager – HR based in Gurgaon with 10–12 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, labor law compliance, POSH, overall regulatory compliance, and experience in implementing HR tools and systems. Candidates from a BPO background will be preferred. This role requires a professional who can take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and effectively handle challenges in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Lead and manage POSH compliance, including awareness, process adherence, and coordination of related matters.
- Monitor and drive overall regulatory compliance across HR processes and employment practices.
- Manage employee records, documentation, audits, and compliance reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to address employee relations matters and support a compliant, productive work environment.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement HR best practices to strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Lead or support the implementation of HR tools, systems, and process
- automation initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Handle challenging situations proactively, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support policy implementation and ensure consistent communication and adherence across teams.
- Contribute to building a disciplined, responsive, and employee-focused HR function.
Profile Description
- 10–12 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR
- operations and compliance.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance requirements, and POSH regulations.
- Hands-on experience in implementing HR tools and systems, with the ability to drive adoption and process improvements.
- Prior experience in a BPO environment is highly preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex or sensitive situations effectively.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
