Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Python Engineer with strong expertise in Python and SQL to design and develop AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, hands-on experience in modern Generative AI platforms, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality solutions.
Job Description
- Oversee and drive end-to-end delivery of managed services projects within the banking domain
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with both internal and client-side resources to meet project objectives
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and addressing any roadblocks proactively
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and security standards relevant to banking clients, especially credit unions
- Identify and lead automation initiatives to improve team productivity and faster turnaround times
- Leverage knowledge of core banking platforms (e.g. Fiserv) and solutions to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction
Profile Description
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management and team management skills
- Approximately 10 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of project management experience
- Experience in delivering managed services is a must
- Should have at least a high-level understanding of the banking sector (Understanding of credit unions would be an added advantage)
- Demonstrated expertise with Fiserv solutions is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones, especially during the specified working hours (until noon PST)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Initially need to travel US for few weeks for project transition.
