- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales performance across multiple stores, achieve revenue targets, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales associates to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
- Retail Operations Management: Ensure smooth store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and implement best practices for customer service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse sales data, and strategize improvements to maximize profitability.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer experience and satisfaction by implementing customer service best practices.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate sales reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Profile Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in managing multi-store operations and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across multiple store locations.
