Job Summary
Quality Ticketing audits, risk management, and continual service improvement across IT service delivery, ensuring QMS compliance and process adherence.
Job Description
- Undertake internal quality audits and identify NC (Non-Compliance)
- Driving Continual Service Improvement initiatives with weekly meetings
- Identifying, assessing IT Risks and updating the Risk Register
- Plan and conduct quality audits of subcontractors
- Maintain and update training and audit databases to provide reports / indicators for discussion during QMS management review meetings
- Identify problems or deficiencies in process followed
- Resolve problems QMS implementation issues
- Checking adherence to the service delivery process for various IT infrastructure Service delivery team, End user support team, Service desk, Vendor management team,
- Responsible for applying the principles and practices of quality assurance throughout the Services provided.
- Participate in Quality Management System (“QMS”) management review meetings
- Approve the QMS documents for which (Quality Assurance) QA manager is the main author
