Learning Capability Development
- Design and roll out capability frameworks that match business priorities and product expansion needs.
- Create tailored learning journeys for key roles like sales, operations, and leadership.
- Work with leaders to spot skill gaps and launch targeted training with clear metrics for success.
- Promote digital and blended learning tools while managing the full learning calendar from planning to reporting.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Lead talent reviews, competency models, and succession planning to boost team effectiveness.
- Run workshops on culture, change management, and engagement diagnostics.
- Team up with HRBPs to grow managerial skills at all levels.
Talent Transformation Projects
- Co-lead projects on leadership, future skills, and agility, bringing in best practices from other industries.
- Use data analytics to measure program impact and keep improving.
- Support the LD Head in creating a strong learning ecosystem and talent pipeline.
Profile Description:
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years in Learning & Development (LD), Talent Management, or Organizational Development (OD), ideally in a high-growth company.
- Track record of delivering learning or change programs with proven results.
Key Skills
- Expert in facilitation, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
- Hands-on with digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical skills to turn insights into action.
