Job Summary
Strategic Marketing Planning to Develop, implement, and execute go-to-market strategies for product relaunches, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify positioning opportunities and align product marketing with business goals and targets. Market Intelligence & Analysis to Gather and interpret market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform product strategy and drive market penetration.
Job Description
- Drive product launches, market penetration, and brand visibility for CP sanitaryware products with end-to-end responsibility.
- Define product value propositions, pricing, and differentiation, collaborating with R&D, design, and production teams to deliver market-focused products.
- Build integrated marketing campaigns and strong brand recall through storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and deploy marketing collaterals including catalogues, brochures, videos, and POS materials aligned with brand identity.
- Partner with sales teams on channel programs, distributor engagement, promotions, and sales training modules.
- Support field performance and provide marketing initiatives to boost sales.
- Identify new customer segments, plan influencer engagements, and lead participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer outreach.
- Track ROI and report on campaigns, product launches, and market development for leadership decision-making.
Profile Description
- 6 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in sanitaryware, building materials, or consumer durables.
- Strong knowledge of CP fittings/sanitaryware trends, product positioning, pricing, and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to interpret complex market data.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, channel development, and working cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and operations.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred; proven success in launching/relaunching product categories in competitive markets.
- Experience in channel/distributor-driven businesses desirable.
