Job Description
- Handle end-to-end procurement services in a client-facing role with a focus on delivery excellence.
- Lead and manage a procurement team, driving operational efficiency and service quality.
- Execute category management initiatives, particularly in packaging and sourcing.
- Ensure supplier relationship management and build long-term value-driven partnerships.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Provide project leadership for strategic procurement initiatives.
- Manage and influence stakeholders across global functions and geographies.
- Leverage procurement tools (SAP, Coupa, or similar) for effective operations.
Profile Summary
- 10–12 years of experience in procurement with proven category expertise (packaging, sourcing).
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in a corporate, consulting, or company environment (not from plant/manufacturing).
- MBA or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Coupa, or other procurement tools.
