Job Summary

Job Description
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. Conduct regular team meetings and status updates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans. Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards. Coordinate with the QA team to conduct testing and resolve any identified issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders. Provide regular project status reports and updates. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Profile Summary
- 7+ years of experience in software project management
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred background in software development
- Ability to perform dual roles as Project Manager and Business Analyst
- Postgraduate/Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA)
- Highly self-motivated and driven to meet goals and deadlines
