Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team either on a freelance basis. This is a remote-first role, but preference will be given to candidates based in Chennai who are open to attending client meetings, walk-ins, and hiring events in person when needed.
You’ll play a key role in helping our clients attract top talent across industries. If you're highly skilled in using recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and modern hiring platforms — and you enjoy the thrill of hiring great candidates — this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across industries and functions
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct telephonic or video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations
- Schedule and manage interview processes, feedback collection, and offer negotiations
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (2–5 years preferred) in recruitment
- Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, Boolean search, and social hiring
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- A self-starter with ownership mindset and result-oriented approach
- Availability for in-person events in Chennai (occasionally)
- Bachelor's degree in HR or any relevant field
- Good experience in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
